WSRotor v1 is a talking rotator control program for the Prosistel CBOX Rotator Controller written for use of the visually impaired.

It uses the Windows voice to announce rotator bearing changes.
The rotator can be commanded to a particular bearing or may be slewed clockwise or counter clockwise using the cursor keys.

Windows XP or later is the minimum required.
